• We are not the seller or buyer of listed items
• We do not hold inventory or stock
• Transactions occur directly between users

3. User Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for:

• Inspecting items before purchase
• Verifying product condition, authenticity, and details
• Agreeing on payment, delivery, or exchange terms

We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in person in a safe location
• Checking items thoroughly before completing the deal
• Avoiding advance payments to unknown users

4. Paid Services (Ad Promotions / Featured Listings)

If you purchase paid services such as:

• Featured Ads
• Urgent Listings
• Boosted Promotions

These services are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are not provided for unused time or early removal of ads.

5. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered if:

• A technical error occurred during payment
• You were charged multiple times for the same service
• The service was not delivered due to system failure

Please contact us within 3 days of the transaction in such cases.

6. Disputes Between Users

Manpasand.pk is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we may:

• Review complaints
• Remove suspicious or fraudulent listings
• Suspend accounts that violate policies
