8. Return & Refund Policy

Manpasand.pk does not provide refunds for listed products as we are not the seller or buyer.
8.2 User Responsibility

8.3 Paid Services
All paid services are non-refundable after activation.

User Safety & Scam Protection
- Meet Safely: Prefer in-person meetings in public places (e.g., malls, police-designated safe exchange points).
- Verify Identity: Confirm seller/buyer details and check item ownership and documentation where applicable.
- No Advance Payments: Avoid sending deposits to unknown users. Use cash-on-meet or trusted methods.
- Inspect Before You Pay: Fully check the item’s condition, IMEI/serial numbers, and functionality.
- Keep Records: Save chats, receipts, and listing screenshots for reference.
- Report Suspicious Activity: Use the “Report Ad” feature or contact support immediately.
Manpasand.pk may provide safety guidance and warnings but cannot guarantee the conduct of users. You assume all risks associated with transactions.
Content Moderation & Takedown (PECA-Compliant)
We are committed to complying with applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, and to maintaining a safe marketplace.
- Prohibited Content: We prohibit listings that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise restricted under Pakistani law.
- Review & Removal: We may review, restrict, or remove any listing or account that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, with or without notice.
- User Reports: Users can report content via the platform. We prioritize reports indicating fraud, impersonation, or illegal items.
- Takedown Requests: Rights holders or authorities may submit takedown requests by emailing support@manpasand.pk with sufficient details (URL, description, proof of rights/authority).
- Response Time: We aim to acknowledge valid requests promptly and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
- Repeat Offenders: Accounts repeatedly violating policies may be suspended or permanently banned.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We may cooperate with Pakistani authorities and comply with lawful orders for information disclosure as required by law.
